What exactly is it that needs changing so badly?

I sort of asked exactly the same. What can change apart from a 'your nicked' thesaurus.
Fundamentally apart from bringing in inquests for a bame not getting benefits, a job or a house; or positive discrimination we are one of the best and most diverse nations on the planet.i really dont beleive any changes apart from a tweak here and there are needed. Although I'm not black so yes we do need some help with ideas.

If you believe that everything bad that happens to you is because you are Black then I guess you want to change everything all the time because that way you never have to blame yourself.

In the usa 75% of police reform is agreed red and blue. Because the 25% isnt the dems dont want to start these reforms. a bit of my way or the highway. I know it's off kilter but many buildings are design and build. Meaning they dont know how they will fit the roof but let's start the foundations and walls as we know where they are. Let's work on the roof design and build in the time it takes to do the footings and walls. That scenario is the only way anything gets done. When I got married I didnt have a 30 year plan as of next month. What changes are wanted and what changes can we start on to move forwards. A bit jumbled but hope some get what I mean.

From my perspective, I believe this country has bent over backwards already to limit racism to an absolute minimum.
However, you will never remove majority prejudice or personally acquired prejudice and certainly won't stop people favouring their own. That is human nature.

It is easy to assume that those who don't support BLM are against 'equality'
The problem is that equality is not about making people equal but allowing people an equal opportunity to succeed by their own merits.
This is where positive discrimination is just not acceptable or practical.

I strongly suspect that any amount of concessions to the likes of BLM will never be enough. They are out for power, not fairness. This is about politics, not lives.

I can well understand why you got banned on the BBS. Views like this would send them into an apoplectic meltdown and needing medication for a considerable period of time. They may not ever get over it.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

It's a pity that they take such a dim view of reason and honesty.

Simon Jordan?

Our current chairman is on QT. It’s rubbish and boring and he hasn’t said a lot. He has a lot to say on football normally. You can tell he’s a free market thinker if you didn’t know him.

He looked incredibly skinny, even for his standards.

He looks more and more like Mr Burns from the Simpsons every day.
