Well they’re a little stupid for not investigating what they’re throwing their full commitment into. At some point they will find out, learn and regret the black tiles on their instagram pages when they realise how the changes they thought should happen, came along with societal and personal damage. Actually I think most people are going about their lives no differently and when work is back to normal there will be another virtue signalling fashion going on. Save the foxes from car deaths or something.

People have started to wake up to defacing Churchill’s statue and chat show guests or politicians in favour of Churchill’s statue being removed and put in a museum. Managed to put off a large majority of British people in one action there. The best own goal in agitating the people they want to give up this, that and everything else.

I do agree with you Rudi to a certain extent, especially around the agitation remark.

If nothing is to come of this as normal life resumes and so on, the shame is that rather than copycatting this ridiculous US movement, there is probably an actual window now for the black community to bring some coherent, specific and genuine concerns to the table which I would suggest or hope most people would accept and back them on.

The recent activity for me only further backs up negative perceptions of them as a collective and has certainly aimed to polarise people into 'Far right racist' or 'Left wing nutjob' with very little inbetween if any.. I would suggest I am not alone in this thinking.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Black Lives Matter IS an organisation, with a website and a structure.

It is though also a sentiment which has caught the public mood in recent days.

I would wager that the vast majority of those now expressing sympathy do so with the sentiment and have no connection to, or indeed any knowledge of, the aims and aspirations of the organisation.

To concentrate upon the organisation as if it is all that exists, and not the sentiment, is to seek excuses to dismiss the legitimate rise in public concern. It raises questions on motivation.

That is not to say that using the term on the back of shirts is wise, as I have reasoned in a previous post

Nonsense.

It is baseless paranoia and political opportunism which the media are bending over backwards to present as some sort of growing movement. The fact is that only a small percentage of the population approve or even give a crap.
Now they are giving us the usual old twaddle about the 'far right' menace.

This charade is not convincing the vast majority. They have seen it all before.

I don’t think you speak for the majority any more than I do. You just move in different circles. In mine there is a huge shift in perceptions which has nothing to do with the MSM. Social media, driven by ordinary people has though.

You are, in my view, well out on a limb. That the far right are exploiting it is very obvious. At least to those who aren’t themselves far right. They are always in denial.

WE doesn't need to tell us he moves in circles.

He's been moving in circles since he turned up.

Though I think it's a valid point to say that these events have shifted the perspective of more people than previously.

The only issue is that only one side of that argument gets media exposure and approval.....while the other gets various levels of persecution depending upon how popular it is.

Sport is a place to get away from politics. Where people of all views and backgrounds can unite behind a common cause: your football team!

The number of black players in the league should be celebrated, along with the 98% of football fans who behave in the right manner. But no, we must continue with the self-loathing and white guilt based on something that happened on another continent! But give the Premier League an opportunity to virtue signal and they're like a shot, kneeling down, like all the best woke corporations.

The Premier League will be happy to allow the Saudi Arabia takeover of Newcastle. What human rights abuses? Illegal streaming? War crimes in Yemen? Killing journalists? It's all about grabbing the money and following the narrative of the leftist mob.

Indeed, these woke corporations are only woke when it comes to Europeans.

When it comes to China and elsewhere....all their far left principles suddenly don't matter so much.

And we play along. Our participation makes us as guilty. We do have a choice.

The Premier League fighting the injustices of the world – except in the countries where they have big TV deals.

The Premier League wants police to protect its matches, yet supports an organisation (BLM) which is wholly anti police with aims to tear it down, starting with the defunding measures we are seeing in America. What a bunch of useful idiots.

The term "far right" is well understood and documented.

What evidence do all these commentators have that the average person in the counter-demonstration is :

Anti Semitic?

White supremacist ?

Holocaust denier ?

Eugenics ?

K k k ?

Even that they support right wing economic policies ?

Zero evidence.

And also planting a stooge to behave as the above has already been done by the left. Done to discredit a valid street protest.

Far right ? my @rse.

Most of the 'dissident right' avoided last Saturday. Aside from individuals from what I know most of the groups down there were the DLFA or some Britain First but mostly the football lads.

The DLFA are civic nationalists politically and aren't involved with the 'far right' or whatever term and I don't know much about BF, other than a website page but it looked quite civic nationalist to me....though I know its leader 'Paul Golding'? has fallen out with lots of people.

The 'statue' issue was discussed a lot and it was seen as the media trap it turned out to be.

Anyhoo, back on topic(again) how will they be able to print these one off shirts with the *ahem* BLM logo in place of players names? Or, will it just be B.L.M.?

I see that the Ehtiad Group of clubs are all having the front of their shirts with a 'charity' logo CGR, Cityzens Giving for Recovery

It is not a question of the 'far right' (whatever they are) exploiting anything. It is the realisation of all the things that opponents of mass immigration warned about.
You don't hear what the silent majority think in the media. Only the constant drone of a left wing agenda that suits the elites.
