Absolutely baffling that anyone wouldn't want us to reach the Europa League because it might harm our survival prospects. Doesn't seem to be doing Wolves too much harm!

If we're not aiming for Europe or winning a cup, something else which is often derided, then what exactly is the point of us being in this league?

If we're going to not only put a cap on what we can achieve but also what we want to achieve then relegate us now and then at least we might one day have the excitement of the playoffs again.

Going and watching Palace play in Seville, Rome, Athens or somewhere similar would be absolutely class and I don't get how anyone wouldn't want that.

OK I like your ambition for Palace but what on earth gives you the optimism given the facts about the squad and recent performances?

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

You were right. There was no point in your reply. You failed to make a single point the justified Woy's repeated use of failed tactics. Not sure how this is adding to the discussion about his fitness to remain in a job he is clearly failing in, week in, week out, without attempting any changes.

Please explain what is great about the idea of playing 3 defencive midfield players every week? I have no idea why anyone would do that. It seems as if Woy has also run out of ideas too.

I hope to be retired a long time before I reach his age.

Crikey! You really need to grow up. Stop with the childish insults. His name is Roy. Have a modicum of respect for a man who keeps us from relegation. Regardless of what you think he can or can't do, realise what he has already done.

Systematically dragged down by the lawmakers

Agreed. Not much better than the 12 year old from Birmingham. Making fun of people for something that is part of someone. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Interesting with so many posts off the back of this appalling result, the consensus is very correct, in that CPFC have gone on their Hols. If we had been going into the C break struggling, I think we would be real relegation fodder.
Massive changes need to be now, and Yes finally I think Roy should go, and most of the team too.
The results since Bournemouth should have been at least 50/50. God forbid the next 3 matches. Just play Max and others and just get brave. With strong opposition with Leeds etc next season we will be relegated for sure

Have watched the Sakho goal a numerous of times. How on earth could VAR disallow it?
Now I know, it was ref Jon Moss running the VAR-show!!

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Would agree this is the worst performance of the season - on the bright side Watford and West Ham must have thought they were safe but with Villa and Bournemouth both winning they could still get sucked into the relegation battle. Thankfully we are safe.

You’ve still failed to give a reason as to why Woy should keep his job? Is it because his tactics are indefensible? I have no respect for him. His tactics show no respect for supporters. He has a long and terrible managerial career which will hopefully be over soon.

You’re also very sensitive about swapping and R for a W aren’t you?

Tim, this is a good example of light humour.

I understand that Roy has “kept us up” in the PL with no budget, but to what end? So we can all watch the same turgid, crap football week in, week out... but at least we’re in the PL...

Who wants to watch?

The soul of the club’s being slowly killed year on year. It’s becoming just an investment vehicle to pay wildly inflated salaries to some incredibly poor, unmotivated performers (take your pick), devoid of passion or care for the club.

Please, someone, bring back a reason to watch the club play. Players with passion, who care, who want to wear the shirt, and prepared to give it a go.
