We don't know to what extent Wilf brings his baggage into work with him but you have to think that the circus surrounding him for the last year or so has to have some impact on the overall morale of the team, even if Wilf doesn't intend it to. Of course, from a different perspective, it could be that all footballers are single minded and selfish and don't give a toss about anything except money, but you would hope that is not the case.
