I think I’d go for Guaita, just ahead of Cahill and Ayew. Feel so much more confident with him in the side.

Not suggesting he should be POTY, but Riedewald deserves some credit, too. Often used out of position it seems, but has shown a good attitude and performed well when given the chance. I remember he was POTM in January. Well done, Jairo!

The last 7 games have somewhat soured things and have detracted from what went before the shutdown.

e.g. Jimmy Mac, who had been having a pretty good season until then, has now been written off by many and, Guaita is now overrated.

For me Ayew is PotY. But for his goals we'd have been in real trouble, and there have been some good ones, none more so than at home to West Ham. He has often had to plough a lone furrow holding up the ball until support arrives. He has great skill on the ball and is very difficult to dispossess, which can't be said for many others.

He also holds the ball up soooo well and wins important free kicks to take pressure off us. Defo player of the year for me!

Ayew has just got players player of the year.
Player of the season and goal of the season. Fair dues. He has his flaws but commitment to Crystal Palace is not one of them.
