A very skilful player and one I rate. I heard it wasn’t just the injuries but that’s he has really bad asthma and so has trouble playing 90 mins. But for me he has always been very exciting. Don’t know why Everton sold him. Following Palace since 25 Feb 1978

I think we've all got our fingers crossed for this. It may not happen tomorrow, though. It depends on whether RH thinks Bats is ready to start and Eze is back to full fitness, but I'm hoping we'll see both of them at some point tomorrow (the sooner the better). We may get a clue from RH's pre-match press conference.

I don't think things will be as bad as last year and I think the style will be different with the new arrivals. Also, there's still over 3 weeks of the main window open!

Too much of a gamble cruciate ligament injuries require 12 months full rehabilitation. We already have 7 missing injured more than any other Prem team.
