If we could get him on a free on 40k per week would be a good addition as a squad player.

In terms of a swap, Walcott, Davies and Pickford and they get Andros and Hennessey. Always thought that when they bought Bolassie they thought they were buying Wilf

An underrated player in my opinion and his ability to play on the left has not been exploited much. I like him, though he is old and without resale value and is pretty greedy, as far as is known having a big contract at both Arsenal and Everton.

I feel like who will get Theo will do good business though, cause he will have a period of starting games and get close to the national team one last time in his career.

From Everton though, I'd like it more than Walcott if they offered 19 year old Gordon+ money for Zaha. They boy can be the next Harbey Barnes.

He has no room from midfield up this year, as they invested a lot:

Gbamin (Gomes), Allan (Davies), Doucoure (Sigurdsson)- James Rodriguez (Bernard/Walcott), Calvert Lewin (Moise Kean), Richarlison (Iwobi)

With James probably attacking midfielder and Sigurdsson gone if one of Zaha, Bertrand Traore (Lyon) or Leon Bailey (Leverkusen) come in.

Not in a million years. Walcott is just a pace ace, no skill or footballing Brain.

Would love to see zaha go to a really big, great European club but to have put so much effort in over the years to leave Palace for a club like Everton only 3 or 4 places higher than us not sure if its worth the hassle so why bother if your on good money and with club that loves you. Over the last 30 years Everton have not set the world on fire and not sure the will, but good luck he deserves it.

I'm a big fan of Walcott - When he broke through at Southampton, he was joy to watch. Blistering pace, great eye for Goal. Could have been the next Henry.

Then he went to Arsenal...and that England call up. He just didn't kick on, was OK for Arsenal, had a few decent seasons, but nothing like what he promised.
They gave him chances on The wing, in a front 3, even as The main striker. didn't really take any of those chances - but without being really woeful.

Thought Everton was a good move for him, but hasn't really worked out there either.

He's lost a yard of pace, seems out of sorts. He'll be on high wages and we cannot guarentee a starting spot. Him and Townsend are pretty much on the same level. All in all not the type of player we should be looking at.

"It was a Team effort, I guess it took all players working together to lose this one"

If Wilf is worth 30M, Walcott is worth 5M tops. If Walcott is worth 5M, then Jeffery Schlupp is worth 25M. Hang on a minute. Basically it's not worth doing in any way shape or form. Wilf for Richarleson is a conversation, this is not.

I wouldn't swap Andros for those three.

In fact, if I was listing a team of the most over rated players in the Prem, Pickford would be my first choice along with John Stones.

I do not get involved in fantasy football. Neither of them are brilliant, one is hard working and versatile, brings balance and the odd goal while the other player is going downhill, fast.

When a player who's game is based largely on pace starts to lose that edge his decline is usually greater.

I am not trying to score points against you because a lot of what you post is helpful and friendly.

As you get older it becomes easier to say my question was not the best and move on!
