Its like 2 bald men arguing over a comb.

Both teams play sh!t football, and try to scrape enough points to stay above the newly promoted teams. Eventually you get caught, ask Stoke.

The question is, could Dyche get more out of our players, to even be considered for the role, assuming he would want to come.

BBC News - Football Focus: Marcelo Bielsa has taken my game to another level - Luke Ayling

Thought this was timely as there have been comparisons but our approach vs Leeds' and what is more effective. This interview sums up what a fresher younger manager could bring and the individual difference it can make to each player. I don't think that anyone in our first team is being developed and motivated like this.

Those Roy out fans who are so against the style of football cannot then be in favour for Dyche IMO. The football is the same, 4-4-2. Both teams try and go 1-0 up and hold on. Every game they have gone behind this season, they have lost.

Completely agree. If you don’t like the way we play football under Roy, and I don’t, then Dyche is definitely not the answer.

As I mentioned quite recently Bielsa is renowned for improving players and that Bamford is much improved under him.

Lol, he did fail yes but they weren't massive ..come on, You fully understand my feelings as you've highlighted nicely some of our players ability in the passing department and I don't as you seem to believe dislike you, most of what you say makes perfectly good sense ..other subjects included.

Cmon now, what was the attendance at Liverpool when Roy took over vs when he was fired? Werent they headed towards relegation? And how did you like him losing to Iceland? Dude, get out of that 74 year old bumhole. you might just get some fresh air!

Liverpool were regularly getting crowds in excess of 43,000 when Hodgson was manager.
They were 12th when he was removed of his duties but the previous season they finished 23 pts behind the league winners,Chelsea.

It was put to Hodgson, at yesterday’s pre -match interview, that if Palace take the points from Burnley, today. 32pts will be the best tally at this point in a season that Palace have achieved in the Premier division. Maybe a little more perspective applied to our present situation wouldn’t be out of order. As against making judgements on Hodgsons worth to us on the basis of ,high level jobs he did that were not completely successful.

Why do Spurs fans prefer Pochettino , who has never won anything, to the serial winner Mourinho?
Why is Malcolm Allison one of our most fondly remembered manager despite relegating us twice?
For some fans, football is about more than results being ground out with anti football.
In contrast other fans don’t care about the football as long as the results come.
If you’re Man City you may get both the football and the results.

If we win today and get the highest points total at this stage since we returned to the Premier League, I’m not sure how this invalidates the view of those who who would like us to play with more adventure.

Writing from a ' Pro Roy ' point of view, I have stated on many occasions on here that I am not enjoying the football on offer - I just understand and accept the reasons for it.

I don't think a win today invalidates the views that you have expressed, but of course it might just validate mine and those like me.

That’s part of my point.
Some fans will accept any type of football as long as results come.
Others take a different view and believe it’s possible to achieve decent results without playing anti football.
Both views can co-exist.
