I wouldn't like to see anyone retire on a low but at the end of this season it will be time to move on. Just three more wins (including an emphatic one over Liverpool with Wilf, Benteke, Mats and Bats each scoring a hat trick) will be sufficient to mark his success.

Couldn’t agree more. I hate seeing us play like this, it was abysmal. It’s almost embarrassing.

However what the players showed was pure fight for the cause and determination, something I’ve accused them of not having recently.

I share this sentiment. Howe is not the answer. If we can’t get Dyche then we’d be better off sticking it out with Roy for another year in the hope he can keep us up again, thus providing time to get the correct replacement over the line.
