He was the Championship player of the Season the season before he joined us so he wasn’t too bad! Unfortunately many fans seem to expect all players to hit the ground running.

Two terrific goals.

A couple of short memories on here. Bamford was clearly not interested while he was playing for us. Remember how shyte he was when he came on for Norwich at selhurst after he left? Couldn’t control the ball from going out of play. He went away and learnt a lesson. A lesson we didn’t have the time or relegation to give him. Players like him are probably suited to teams he got promotion with. He could move again and be just as shyte as he was before.

On their Forums Leeds fans have been far from impressed with Bamford and have been calling for him to be dropped In recent weeks. He scored a very good hat-trick but we saw how pony he was for us and at Norwich...one swallow doth not a summer make.

I wouldn’t want him anywhere near our first eleven.

He’s had a good start and credit to him, after his time with us, Norwich, Burnley and Borough (in the premier league) I thought he was going to be a massive flop.
