It gets better,...or worse,...

Also drew £50 from a cash machine.

And walked off.

Leaving money in machine.

Surprisingly not here when I went back some time later...

knocked over a lamp post outside my house, reversing back trying to look up at my roof
(there was a tile & brick dust on the floor)
lamp post went down hard, busted at the base.
I phoned up the leccy board & said, it was like it when i got home.
had flood lights outside house till early hours of morning while they fixed it & 2 streets had no street lights.

removed genital worts with a hand wort cream.
took several days of spamming cock up with the solution, sitting on edge of bath, jumping in when discomfort got too much.
was a bit painful.
this was early 80s, when all sorts s*** was sold over the counter.
(basically you could legally buy top speed in many places sold as slimming tablets)

Good choice of station to, banks the steepest escalator i knew, back in the day! used to get giddy looking down.

Ah yes! With that wonderful polished wood hand rail down the centre of the escalator - the one they put the big brass studs on after several incidents where I recklessly slid down it from top to bottom at great speed(as you would a bannister) usually after a good night in the Three Crowns

After ' celebrating ' Beaujolais Nouveau Day in the City some years ago, I lost my footing near the top of the up escalator at Bank station. My head hit every step on the way down. As I lay at the bottom, a guy asked me if I was alright ( ! )...I asked him if there was any blood and he replied '' oh yeah '' ...at which point I passed out.

I was taken to Guys Hospital where they examined my head, shaved it where they thought it might require stitches ( it didn't ), and kept me in overnight.

It left me with ......an imprint of the escalator on my skull for weeks, a bald patch which never recovered...and I never touched a drop of Beaujolais again...which was the only positive

I was very lucky at Waterloo station, as we reached the top of the escalator the guy in front was drunk and fell back into me with force. Fortunately my mate whose was below me and a lump realised what was happening and braced himself against me otherwise me and this idiot would have tumbled down taking everyone with us.

He was so drunk that when I pushed him back into an upright position he didn't even realise what had happened.
