Ha ha. I'm not even the king of my house let alone chavam
Not spare every year to blow on a holiday. Always something to be bought or DIY to be done.

That is an interesting point - could statics be a good short term solution to the housing shortages a bit like prefabs were after WW2?

As previously mentioned modern vans are very nice nowadays...

It's already happening within Bunn Leisure sites where apparently many homeless people are being housed in caravans by the local Chichester Council,pending finding them a permanent council house/ social housing accommodation.
