To be fair. I agree with you. Just trying to make the point that there are a number of manager that could keep us up quite easily.

The next manager has to be given a decent contract to build the club,lower the average age and be given a decent budget .We don't need another stop gap manager.

He got Charlton promoted to the championship, they sacked him and then went down.

You seem to think its impossible to get relegated under Roy. I hope your right because we are looking bang average right now. Without Zaha occupying 2 or 3 defenders and working the odd bit of magic we have little cutting edge. Not sure Wilder would be a good fit but we will need fresh blood in the dugout sooner or later.
