It's kind of boring that you have to spell out the obvious to some. However, no I have zero problems with higher than average non white representation in sport....as long as it's on merit, which in football I believe it is. However, I thought I was making an obvious point that the diversity industry within football has an issue with under representation of non whites in coaching and management and indeed on any possible issue that could be described (whether or not it is) as 'discrimination' involving non whites. However, they turn a blind eye to over representation where it suits them as their very jobs are dependent upon pushing one way victim narratives and has absolutely nothing to do with fairness.
