Don't agree - it was a shocker by Guaita. BUT here's the difference between VG & WH. Both have mistakes in them, but VG has more "world class saves" to help balance the ledger. He was shocked by the turn of the ball himself more like, no way was he to blame. Guaita is almost on a par with Martyn.

Rumour I heard is that he wants to go home, but it's not from any reliable source. A Man City friend of a friend. I hope it's not true.

We have Butland and Wayne, so maybe we were preparing when we signed Butland. I guess we'll hear if he signs soon enough. I have always thought Guaita is a very good Goalie and Wayne certainly adequate. Butland was good a few years ago - hopefully still has it in him.

Yeah, Butland looks like our future #1 with Hennessy a capable deputy. And reports from the age grade games suggest we have a handy one coming through...can't remember his name though.

Got off to a bad start and never built confidence. It seemed like good business to get our money back. He’s gone on to do well which underlines the point just because a player is crap for one club, in one league, does not make him a bad player. I’d put Sorloth and Meyer in the same bracket. Both sub-par for us but does not mean they can’t thrive elsewhere.

I think our funniest Goalie signing was Steeeeeve. He was exciting for about two games, then very average, then injured, then in a mood, then left. He was a real Gabbiadini. Was quite a big guy too.
