Your not doing too bad under the CONS though are you! How many rentals is it now?
Do you declare all your rents or are you playing the system the CONS allow.

the worst thing for the old mental health is the booze and drugs.

As well as being causes in their own right, they are also accellerants for anyone'at risk'.

The thing that I have also found is that some homes and some workplaces can be detrimental. I have often considered mental health issues to be catching amongst people who spend time together

My wife has suffered with MH / Depression for over 27 years, made worse as she's stuck working from home since last March & in the past 2/3 months the major point of Menopause has kicked in big time. Last couple of months has been hell to put it mildly & trying to get assistance is impossible, a face to face with our Dr is out of the question.

This last lockdown has really got to my missus as well.

These restrictions can be dangerous to different people for different reasons, both mental and physical.

I hope it gets better for you both.

Try talking therapy. They will talk with her. May not be face to face but they are trained to listen.
The number will be online.
Good luck mate.

try the PV medical treatment for mental & physical wellbeing. it involves :

- early to bed & early to rise
- At least 45 minutes outdoors vigourous activity close to mid afternoon for maximum UV light. Every day.

- lots of water
- raw fresh fruit & veg early in the day.

- no booze, fags, video games,
- modest intake of sugar, flour, processed food.

- regular interactions with friends ( separate from family & work colleagues)
- enjoy a good argument with the odd t0sser , now and then. Stand up for yourself.

i would be reluctant to take a ton of meds, whenever possible.

If you think of the Paleo diet, this is the PALEO lifestyle.

Mate you’ve had a good run together, probably time to get shot of her now.

Get yourself out to Thailand and put the Mrs out to pasture.
