Pros:
Wake up at 8:50, be at work for 9
Kitchen yards from my desk.
Always in for mail
Finish at 5, on the sofa watching TV by 5:01
Don't have to wear a shirt or trousers
Can work in my shorts
Can workout on my lunch break
Can eat at any time
I don't have to make small talk with anyone
Free to watch horse racing and have a flutter while working
Can browse the internet as much as I want
Can look for jobs if I want
Can take phone calls in complete privacy
Can work in bed with the TV on
Saving a fortune on travel
Can nap at lunch

Cons:
Not up and walking about as much
No office totty
Microsoft Teams
No fresh air
Electricity bill
Initially, colleagues expected me to work outside of hours, because I'm home anyway
Putting on weight
Taking less annual leave

You’ve saved me writing a list as it would pretty much be the same!

I would add a con being that every day can feel groundhog-ish including the weekends which blurs the lines between work and rest. I often open the laptop on the weekend and am prone to a siesta on weekdays now (when possible)

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

wife was getting up 5.30am to get train, commute to city & home about 7pm.
now shes up 8ish, knocks off 4-5pm & is £600 a month quids in on non train fares.

I've currently no work(painting is still going on, but loads cancelled until further notice)
Have to podger mrs.KD at work occasionally, I'll cope.

Kids, tired of being bothered by your pesky parents?
Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.

Oh god yeah. At the beginning, I found it stressful being at work and in my flat when things needed doing, needing to tidy, whatever... But now I just stop what I'm doing at work and do what needs doing. Absolutely love weekends, all the sport I can watch!
