Personally I agree with separating art from the Artist....though I understand why some can't.


It's just an odd moral spectrum that allows his music but not that of a nonce like Glitter or Harris.
I totally agree that people's subsequent crimes should have no bearing on musical taste or broadcast but the double standards are a somewhat odd.
It was the same with the classification of sex and violence in films and TV. It was OK to blast someone's head off but not acceptable to shag, although anything goes these days as long as you don't use semi naked women to advertise and everyone is in a mixed race relationship, ideally gay.
