What can I say, Hungary doesn't want the EU's replacement of Europeans, its hyper feminism. Its attack on Christianity and heterosexual family structures and of course its alphabet activists with their 'bumsex imperialism'. I mean, god forbid anyone elect a politician to do what we want. We do elect politicians to do what we want. In our representative democracies, we want politicians to use their collective judgement to make decisions on our behalf. What I, or anyone else, wants is irrelevant.

Much of it is Punch and Judy and other considerations exist. I think Dalio is pretty critical of how we got here and of western financial policy regardless of what party held the reigns.....but I don't think he's doing it to score points politically. His job was and is to do well for his investors and he's done that extremely well.
