I totally agree with this. Get somebody in now for exactly those reasons. We, inexplicably have about 6 or 7 players out of contract in a few months time. At least give a new manager time to work with them.

Of course this won't happen... Parish would be happier staying up on goal difference than having to spend money on paying Roy off..
