3-2 is unjust. Should have been 5 or 6 if Antonio was on it.

Unfortunately the score line will probably hide how s*** we were.

The whole club is wrong and has been for a while.
The age of our squad, the lack of decent signing and keeping Roy in charge.
Our ambition is 17th place and that after being in the Prem for 8 seasons now.
An unacceptable lack of ambition in my eyes and there are few excuses.
The Frank de Boer appointment was poor as was keeping Pardew on after the FA cup final.
So many big picture mistakes and we are suffering for all of them now.
The list is endless and we can consider ourselves fortunate that there are worse teams than us around.
Trouble is that they might improve - we do not look like we are going to!

Agreed. Also a large number of players who know time's up and are just strolling around collecting their huge salaries and avoiding injury.

The consolation goal only makes it much worse. It looked like we could only be bothered when there was no chance of winning.

If there was a crowd Iceland Woy would be getting a police escort of the pitch

2-3 just doesnt tell the gulf in the performances, it lets Roy off a bit.

Maybe start with that finishing 11 next time out. A bit of fight, saying that Roy will soon stamp it out. Complete and utter w***spangle.

It is with a heavy heart i type this . I have been a Palace fan since 1980 , i never left a game early or stopped watching one ( until tonight ) , i never booed our players or our manager . this is the first time in my life im ashamed to call myself a palace fan . I have seen 9-0 bashings 6 nill 5 nill . i can understand losing 7 nill to Liverpool 4 nill to Chelsea City and all the so called better teams . but to be turned over by west ham at home . its f***ing embarrassing the rot is spreading through the team like wild fire . Shame on you all !

We are in seriously deep trough.

Should Roy stay? I previously would have said yes, until the end of the season. Now, though, he really looks to have lost it, and has no answer as to how to change things around.

Time for some fresh ideas is so long overdue it’s pathetic.

We do have some decent players- Roy is the problem.

Now come the string of BS excuses from Roy about how good they were and how he “can’t fault the effort of the players”. But we came up against an in form side!

I’d love someone to ask him:
1. Roy Why didn’t you react at half time and make changes?
2. Given the substitutions you did eventually make had a positive impact do you now regret leaving it until it was too late to effect the result?

I’m so fed up with this!

If supporters were in the ground, high-decibel boos would have rung out long before the end, and those poor supporters who stayed until the end would have made their feelings known in no uncertain terms as Mr Hodgson made his way to the tunnel.

Very lucky not to be completely spanked tonight. They were so much better and so much hungrier. Don't mind losing but do mind a lack of hunger.

Michy and Riedewald should be starting over Benteke and Luka. Likewise Ayew should be starting. Second half was much better. I think we play much better with Luka off the pitch and sadly I don't think he's a shadow of the player he was a couple of years ago.

I'm trying not to have a knee-jerk reaction to what looked like a pre-sacking performance. Clueless at the back, clueless in the middle and the forward play looking more like individual brilliance than tactics.

I was all for Roy staying until his contract expires, but if there's an option out there I'm coming round to the idea of pulling the trigger early. Maybe it would be worse for him if he stayed and his last game was us playing like that and getting relegated. Is it just as simple as Tomkins playing? I just don't know anymore

For three minutes that was one of our best performances of the season, for the next 93 it was one of the worst.
