PVA issue is he won't sign a contract, so free at the end of the year. In which case if we sold now, at least we get something. But it doesn't look like it's going to matter.
Not sure Benteke is that valuable, frankly.

We'd then need at least one new CB if not two (perhaps the lads Liverpool just signed after 6 months on the bench), a new non-scoring striker or two, someone to keep the medical staff happy, and cover at LB.

So about 8 replacements, considering the glacial speed our transfer department moves at, we are probably forced to keep a few more.
