Just wondering if I could get someone to hypnotise me into not giving a toss about Palace anymore as I am fed up to the back teeth of this lot ruining my weekends.

My wife learnt to do it so as not to have to put up with me and she did me for some reason that I've now forgotten about.

Just watch Sky Sports News for 24 hours. Much cheaper. After the 24 hours you will know all about racism but everything you thought you knew about football will be gone. Voila, cured. You will then be free to go about your merry way fighting for social justice on Twitter without ever thinking of Palace again.
