I wrote a post at half time that was not in defence of Roy, but more to do with reminding us all that if players f*** up the defensive basics then thee is nothing a manager can do.

I edited/deleted the post as, upon reflection, it seemed antagonistic on my part when we are playing this badly, but I do stand by the basic point that this s*** is on the players more than the manager.
