Burnley weren't that good but they didn't have to be. It was like taking candy from a baby.

I’d expect most babies to put up more of a fight

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Tierney has what....? 20 Premier League matches?? I am not disputing that he may become a Premier League great in 10 years, when he will be PVA's age, but why put him on that list?

Le Saux? You mean that guy who couldn't defend well and by whose fault my national team kicked England's ass in the World Cup and he was ostracized by an entire nation in 1998? You easily forget.

Top ten Left Backs in premier league history no freakin’ way mate

Even Fuch’s has been better!

He’s useful but not when we cannot defend.

We need 6 defensive players as all 6 are average at defending!

Sad times indeed

We are only 11 points behind Liverpool on the 13th February.

Would have taken that had it been offered at the start of the season😀

I'm so Palace I don't even know it

That was dire! It starts with being too miserable to name a full bench and give some youngsters some hope to not naming Mateta and an improving Townsend. I get naming Benteke who is useful under aerial bombardment but why suddenly start using Bats who has been ignored all year. Andros finally showed signs of life against Leeds but to no avail. Too many stray passes too many players just can’t control simple balls. We desperately need new energy.

He was, yes. I forgot about Fuchs. Maybe ot Top 10, but somewhere at Top 15 definitely. Dennis Irwin or Nigel Winterburn weren't that great, bur we remember them as being better than PVA because they didn't absolutely screwed up the most recent match.

I can’t believe he’s still in post and hasn’t been sacked or walked after that display.

Just awful, they clearly aren’t playing for him and by the look on the faces of some of his back room staff (Dean Kiely for instance) I’m not sure they’re with him either.

He has to go. We’ve been dire and an appalling watch for absolutely ages. The end of last season should have sounded the alarm bells and we are just getting worse with an ever ageing, tired and injury prone squad.

there's been a couple of poor performances this season but about five absolute stinkers, you could do a vote:

0-4 chelsea
0-5 city
0-7 liverpool
0-2 leeds
0-3 burnley

which was the most pathetic? I'd say today.

West Ham game was disguised as a tight game as it ended 3-2, could have been 7 or 8, to them . Same as the Leeds game , if they were better upfront.

We had a defence today which would struggle in the Championship.
We had two forwards who have been totally inept game on game.
We had a midfielder who couldn't pass a ball and whose pace and mobility have never been his assets.
We started with Eze out wide and this is not his position at all.
Yet again conceding an early goal.
We never laid a glove on Burnley, their goalkeeper had hardly anything to do, it was a despicable mess.
Shambolic, embarrassing and unacceptable.

Worst of all, this was not the exception to the rule - it was the rule!
Bad times ahead and against a well-playing Brighton - not a game I look forward too.

No Wilf, no fight, no pride and no idea. It's normal these days.

Lower than Robertson, Cole, Evra, of course, but you named 3 of the very best.

Higher than Stuart Pearce, I think he was overrated, seems great cause he scored a lot of penalty kicks at club level.

I would also rank him below than Leighton Baines, Ian Harte, Riise, Kolarov, maybe even Danny Rose (who had some great seasons), but he still makes Top 10.
Marcos Alonso doesn't count, cause he mostly played in a 3-5-2 system and anyway, wasn't that good defensively either.

So even with his defensive faults, PVA has actually done something in football and should be respected by us.

This must be a wind up. You think PVA is better than Stuart Pearce..

Quite incredible
