I turned on the TV (ESPN+) at half time, saw England was up 3-0 and decided to watch Scotland-Austria instead.

That was a cracking second half. Some really entertaining football.

Kalajdzic is a very good striker. And the McGinn overhead kick was a beauty.

Talk about England's multitude of talent?

Where exactly? Poor poor finishing, more sideways and back-passing than Palace, as if they were playing a defence equal to the Italians of old.

San Marino played their guts out and their keeper had a blinder. So well done them.

As for England? That lot will do nothing.

Spot on, and San Marino mustered a corner that’s more than Palace have had in some games. Man of the match in my opinion was their goalkeeper.

That's putting things into perspective!!!

That was not a game of football, turned over at half time, found myself wishing San Marino would get a goal, or a corner anything would do

They did score the fastest ever international goal against us a few years back. Pmsl.

I was unfortunate as I watched the U21's earlier in the day lose to Swiwzerland.

It was a shambolic affair with no real plan.

Aidy Boothroyd is the manager and he sent them out in a 3-4-3 formation they all looked lost.

Why he is the manager I do not know but there was a lot of young talent out there that seemed to be wasting their efforts

You could see our players were vastly better that the opposition especially Hudson Odoi but never really looked like winning.

England need to ditch Boothroyd very soon.

Eze came on during the second half and looked probably more lost than the rest

The U21 manager should be a young up and coming English coach and be seen in the game as a stepping stone to better things.

With a very congested season I can understand players not being willing to bust a gut in fixtures such as this. 5-0 and job done.

We do have some good young talent coming through but does Southgate have a clear mind as to who should be starting games when the serious opposition comes along. There seems to be so many options at the moment.

You know full well, tonights game will see the return of the 'same old, same old' players(Maguire, Shaw, Dier, Kane) to name but a few. Tho it has been mentioned Pope will keep his place for tonight & Weds against Poland.

I’ve watched the last 30 mins and talk about boring!! It’s like watching a Palace game.

Following Palace since 25 Feb 1978
