Wilf needs a new challenge, at 28 time is slipping away ..

Will be interesting to see what team is willing to match his wages plus a healthy fee ... in this market 25 plus .. Arsenal don’t need him, neither do any of the other so called top six, probably a sideways move to the perennial underachieving Everton at very best .. can see him at Selhurst next season, I’m guessing this is not a formal transfer request (like Harry) wants to go but also wants a big wad of cash out of the deal for leaving.

if you look a the style of football that the top 6 are striving to play, they don't need players like Zaha. They're after passers rather than runners, which is why Sterling may be surplus to requirements at City. Could see Zaha at West Ham who are still playing a different style of football to the top 6 but more likely than us to have a serious go at a cup or European spot. Think this is the best he can hope for unless he goes abroad.

As they say “no one is bigger than the club” If he has genuinely asked to leave the club should make it known they are open to offers, let him go and let’s move on. We are not a one man band we are Palace!

A possibility if Ancelotti prises Richarlison away as is being rumoured (on click-bait).

True. Something I've said before. At Palace we have indulged Wilf and forgiven him when his solo efforts don't always come off knowing that at other times they will.

However, the top clubs play a fast moving quick passing game and they are not going to be happy with a player trying to run round defenders every time, and, quite often back tracking and taking them on again - particularly if that player loses possession 50% of the time.

I can totally understand why he wants to go - we're not going to win anything anytime soon.

Unfortunately for Wilf, this summer is the easiest one for Parish on this front because as others have said I just cannot see anyone making a bid. The clubs who can throw £30m+ on a 28 year old attacker are too good for him and the rest need to spend the money elsewhere/aren't going to win anything either.

I've never been more confident he'll still be here after the summer than I am this year.

Time for him to go. His performances this year were too inconsistent. Get $40mil for him from a "bigger club" like Everton.

A shame Eze will miss the first half of next season; but he is the blue-print for the future; exciting young players. And Benteke lol. Unfortunately Wilf, as great a servant as he has been, is now the past, not the future.

Realistically where or who will, would sign him and for how much. Moyes won't touch him, Conte if he ends up at Spurs wouldn't tolerate his moods. Ole won't resign him, Rodgers might do. Pep?, can't see that. Everton, depends on who gets the job but like going to Arsenal, why? Can't see a CL team in the UK wanting him. Moving abroad? Will they want to pay when trend is to buy younger players. I think we may see him playing for us again next season no matter how disrespectful he is saying he wants to leave. He should do his laundry behind closed doors. He might end up at Leeds, Wolves or Villa but they all know how to wind him up and would they want to put up with his petulance? We will be lucky to see £30m

what is a shame about Zaha is that he's missed out on a few years of better quality coaching and playing staff that would have developed other parts of his game and may have dampened his attitude (being a smaller fish in a bigger pond). At 28, he's not going to get a whole lot better until he's almost 30, and by then he'll have past his physical peak. Could have done with moving on at 26ish so he'd at physical and developmental peak now.

Watching the current England squad play, I don't think he has a lot of the skillset that they have as players for top clubs playing a different type of football to what we see at SP.

He's had a half decent season.
His goal tally was ok but he did have a lot of one on one opportunities that he completely messed up and I don't think this has gone un-noticed by the bigger clubs.
Add to that his temperament is questionable. He grows more frustrated in the games where he gets knocked about and he allows himself to get wound up over nothing.
I honestly can't see any bids coming in for him from the top 10 clubs. Maybe an offer from overseas but as others have pointed out he got homesick in Manchester, although he was still quite young then.

This is nothing more than a gut feeling, but maybe Leicester City would fit the bill?
Europe next year albeit in the Europa League & Leicester able to have an upgrade for a Top 4 slot without having to spend 100M on a Top 4 Signing (If that makes sense)??
