Giroud must have had at least 30 minutes in front of the Swiss goal. With some of the strongest french players helping him.

Benteke would have scored 3.

I reckon Giroud looks good in training scoring tap ins against those metal training dummies.

Imagine if the Swiss win the silverware ? Have any of them already been branded as journeyman?

Which is more heroic? For a journeyman ?, To win with galacticos or to win with 10 other journeymen ?

David luiz has never done the latter

You do realise Giroud is the French second highest goal scorer ever.

Well similar to mesut ozil, I reckon he was a far better player just 5 or 10 years ago.

Platini or Thierry Henry are surely far greater players.

When France won the world cup, Giroud's performance was lacklustre.
