Dreher new contract?

I'm pretty sure Luke Dreher's contract was up for renewal at the end of this month? But he was not on the released list, because i know the club rate him enormously and i know fans who saw him in pre-season friendlies a couple of years ago, rate him as a young Michael Carrick type of player. He is still only 22, but has had a catalogue of injuries. Will the club give him another contract?

I hope his injuries were and are of a developmental nature and that his body maturing gives him a football career worthy of his ability.
