Anyone seen any concrete evidence he has actually started yet? Unless I have missed it haven't seen an interview or even a picture of him with a shirt. Be nice to know he has actually started work.

It will just be the same old flannel. "Its great to be here, the fans are fantastic, the club is fantastic, there are some great players here I am looking forward to working with" etc etc.

I'm not talking about the standard one-liners in the press release that anyone could write, but digging beyond that, and into what attracted him to the job, what he thinks is a realistic achievement. the first 5 games are tough, a poor marker for what he can do... however, man management will be key... keeping the moral high through the hard start. From those games I want to see passion and 100% effort. I also wanna see plan a, then plan b.. maybe I am asking too much.
