Surely the fair way would be to count any yellow and red cards during the match, if its level after that then a countback of all the yellow and reds during the tournament. Would stop the cynical play at times. Only negative would be if a team is well ahead of the card count then the opposing team could simply play for a draw and make for a dull final. Oh I don't know lol...

Only negative would be if a team is well ahead of the card count then the opposing team could simply play for a draw and make for a dull final.
