We have one loan space left when we already have 2 loan players ? Which way is this wrong….they cannot add up or don’t know foreign loans don’t count ?

It was a genuine question though there are different rules for loans home or abroad I have a feeling that UEFA would class Scotland in the same bucket as France and Germany so we could loan a player from Celtic ?
