That’s the truth of it. Most of the time it’s nothing more than anyone that can put out a message trying to read our options. It’s not hard in our own way we all do it. Most of the time it is never going to be a reality just an option that we could all have identified anyway.
Abraham, was never, coming to us at that money, but the fact that he was coming loose from Chelsea, was enough to sow a seed for the rumour makers.
Likewise Edouard, has been linked to us for a couple of seasons now, as far as I can see for no other reason than , with what was Benteke,s poor form , people thought he might be the answer.
Nothing to do with if Celtic, want rid, or how much he would cost.
We need cover for Benteke, anyway, if we could afford him ,and Celtic, want rid, Edouard, would be an option, that’s all.
