Car Parking Fine

After a bit of advice. My Daughter has just recieved a parking fine from the Home bargins Car Park Edenbridge. The time limit is 90mins + 10mins grace The Camera pick her up entering and Leaving. Which was 101.42mins. I would like to challenge this as she was obviously not parked for the allowed limit as she had to find a space and then had to wait to get out onto the main road. Has anyone challenged one before on the same grounds.
