Well, I'm watching the Man U/Leeds game and the ref is brilliant. He's letting the game flow and no sign of needing VAR yet. If this is what VAR looks like this year, then no complaints from me.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

Like the way the game is flowing. Will have to change my usual footie bets though, usually include number of yellow cards and already in the first few games what would have been clear yellows last season not given this. Still, anything to help SkyBet! This is more in relation to the Referees 'Lighter touch' than VAR. Edited by EsussexEagle (16 Aug 2021 12.21pm)
