Norwich going down again. Too sh1t at the back, again.

Burnley running out out of players and owners not spending.

Difficult to say on 18th place.

Burnley have an aged squad.11 of their squad v Brighton were in their 30s.

I was speaking to an ex-professional on Friday night and he brought up the possibility of Leeds struggling due to second season in the PL syndrome.

If Palace don't invest in a couple of decent strikers I'm afraid it's championship here we come! Why do we hold onto strikers that just can't hack it anymore. We should have let them go and upped Southampton's price for AA by 5 million. By the end of the season he will look like a bargain at 15m.
What a shame.
Why didn't we play the Dane from the start and put 'K' into midfield.
I can see the season unfolding as it did a few years ago before Hodgson appeared!
Early days, but Brentford and Watford gave a good account of themselves, they don't fear the opposition and take the game to their opponents. They look like they want to win games. So I think your prediction may be off the mark like our 'strikers'.

Because he wasn't sufficiently match fit after his calf injury.

This is not De Boer Mark 2 and this season will not unfold as that one did

With Andersen, Gallagher and Benteke hopefully starting next week, we will be better.

A triumph of hope over experience. There is nothing wrong with wishful thinking. Brentford will tonk us and you know it deep down.

Brentford played well against Arsenal, but if Arsenal had someone up front to stick it in the net,it would have been a different story.

The newcomers to the Premiership got off to a flyer, let’s see what they are made of next Saturday…

Huddersfield stayed up first season.

Yes, and never to be seen again. Did they stay up on the very last day of the season or with one game to go?

Possibly but by May they will have been long found out and their relatively thin squad will have been exposed. If they stay up it will be by skin of teeth.

I lived in Newcastle for several years and you are correct

You have no idea of what I know deep down. I can see Brentford being a tough game but I believe we will get something out of it. Much will depend on which team we can put out. If Andersen, Gallagher and Benteke are fit and ready then we have a good chance next week.

Huddersfield stayed up first season.

And Bournemouth stayed up for 3 or 4 so it can be done.
