I have the same spider - Can only see the Brentford ticket - no season ticket & also with a gold membership which the app tap dosent recognise - I am hoping that they are adding the season tickets as we type so ours will appear during the day today.

they are ready to download now it took an old fossil like me just 10 seconds to complete the download happy days

My sons yesterday was asking for a 6 digit passcode which he didn’t have. This morning he was able to move his ST from the Palace App into his IPhone wallet without the passcode. Like someone else mentioned it looks like they are on the way so keep checking.

What was bizarre he also had his mates ticket as they have linked accounts so you need to check on the app if your Account is linked to a friends who may have bought tickets for you before .
