I read the instructions but still no tickets ready for me to add to my wallet..

Not sure why I should have to but am preparing to drive to BO tomorrow, if nothing else but to get my ticket for Saturday

So I posted that I had mine in my google pay app, there is a details button under the ticket so I clicked it and it’s not my ticket but my mates sons ticket. My mate purchased mine, my sons, his and his sons season tickets earlier in the year as he works round the corner and renewed them all at the same time, so apparently he is the lead on the account now. What I can’t workout is I have my own log in details etc so how can they make basic areas.

If anyone gets the error cannot download to this device on Android then make Chrome the default browser and it should then work

Does anyone know: (i) if there are email tickets available also as per the Brentford game & (ii) if you download the ticket to e.g. your Google Pay account via the app or the website on your smartphone, is that ticket then only available to use on your phone (e.g. you cannot screenshot it to give to someone else)? Got mine by following all instructions BUT... As for potentially sharing my QR code, I took a photo of mine using my wife's phone then cropped and brightened the image. We then tested it to see if the edited image scans as a QR code...and it does. Regardless, this is 48 hours before kick off and a shocking mess.

Poster on bbs has been advised by BO that if you can’t download ticket to your phone, you should contact them and arrange a card….2 days before match!!

Are there any fans who have found this incredibly easy like me. Maybe this ticketing process must be focused at a certain generation. I have downloaded my Brentford ticket and season tickets with no problems at all. I did read that Everton are offering card tickets for £5. Perhaps this is a good option for teams moving forward.

Like I said I downloaded what I thought was my ST to google pay, only when you click the details button on google pay it’s someone else’s ticket. My client ref number on the app is correct. So yes it is easy to download but you expect when you do it to have the correct ticket

So I've found which of the four season tickets is the right one to add to my wallet, and I have my 'pass' for the Spurs game. What happens if I want to transfer my ticket for games I can't make? My two kids share a ticket. How does that work? I want to believe I can just screenshot the code and send it to the person using my ticket but someone said that's not going to work and someone else said when they tried to screenshot the code it said they were unable to for security reasons. Fundamentally, is sharing a season ticket now officially not allowed? If that's the case it's a massive liberty and will surely affect lots of people?
