Just had 200 quids worth of stuff sent to Thailand, mostly for my boy who'll be off to university next month.
Free delivery as an International member +additional 10% members discount, 20% VAT exemption was more than the customs duty at this end.
Always use the size guide and never had to return anything for that reason.Less than 2 weeks order to delivery.
No complaints from me over the years.

Yeah and give up your freedom of movement to live, work and study in any of the 27 countries that are EU member states for some crappy football shirts lol. Where do you think the shirts 'from' the UK are made? Lolol.

I've lived and worked all over Europe my friend.
Nothing to stop you from doing that now, just need to sort out a visa, I'm sure even you can do that.
I never buy the crap football shirts from the club shop anyway, so not had that problem.

What I was trying to say regarding sizing, is that the shirts in recent times appear to come up smaller than the chart size. Personally if buying without trying, I would recommend going up a size

Tip for Parish and the club:
Have a distribution centre anywhere within the EU and your customers within the zone will not face this additional charge.

They don't care.

With SP background he should of been able to find a partner to sell Palace merch in EU the same with US but they are so far behind the times also don't want to spend to expand the brand as such.

and with regards to the wrong size issue…ffs try using the size guide, getting it wrong once is acceptable…multiple times is stupidity
