I think a left back as cover for the young Mitchell is more pressing. He’ll come good but he is currently a bit out of his depth.

I really think he would inject some much needed pace down our right and he's a good player.

Potentially it would takethe pressure off our right back to bomb forward as James would occupy that space.

It is very difficult to transform a team. We do need another forward and preferably a winger. The two new centre backs and ward/ Mitchell gives us a look of solidity that we lacked last year. Not really the best thinking to judge them on Chelsea or West Ham who are both likely to finish in the top 6. Hughes will prove to be a good buy. Up front we have lacked firepower but we have Olise and Eze to provide. Typically like all of the teams in the bottom half we need a 10/15 goal poacher. Very hard to get but would see us mid table.
