Talksport just said this is a done deal.

Ex-CPFC owner Simon Jordan is on talksport this morning and deadline day cheerleader Jim White says the player is about to sign for us.

However, Jordan did add that he was not impressed by him when attending the Old Firm derby last weekend, appearing to be totally disinterested in playing for Celtic.
