This was great from Lee Mack when he was on the Graham Norton show a little while ago and thought should be shared and celebrated:

He scored a goal in the celeb game at Wembley as well on Saturday.

Anyone else know any funny stand up clips?

I was watching the UN Security Council for a while today. Literally laugh out loud stuff. Postmodern comedy. Ricky Gervais couldn't do it better.

Yeah, Lee Mack beats them all.

He's in the centre or maybe slightly to the right but I've always liked this guy.

Isn't he a northern comic?

His talent level probably deserved more mainstream coverage in his hey day.

But seriously I do find just as much pleasure seeing a bigger touring show where the comedy is slick and pretty much what you would expect as I do going to some of the smaller gigs and seeing someone who is raw and you have no idea what you might unearth in advance.

Big fan and frequent attendee at the Edinburgh Fringe where try to pre book the bigger shows - to get a seat and then mix it with smaller stuff you hear about via word of mouth.

Nice then to see some of these newer acts make it big later on.
