I have to say it was a breeze getting in yesterday. I arrived at my turnstile for the Main Stand about 25 minutes before KO and there was hardly an queue, and the downloaded season ticket on my phone gave me immediate entry. Was this the same in other parts of the ground?

Yes, the queues in the Holmesdale were only for 3 or 4 minutes, unlike the Brentford match.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Have to say that inspite of all the problems the vast majority gained access to the ground quite quickly yesterday.

Also not having the away team coach blocking the exit from the Main Stand towards the Holmsdale Road after the match made exiting a lot easier.
After the Brentford match it was terrible.

My Dad, who is 86 and doesn't do computer or mobile phone, contacted the box office last week and they have sent him a new season ticket card which he can use, worked yesterday so he's well chuffed. I also contacted the programme team to get him a mention in the programme yesterday as it's the 76th anniversary of his first home game and they got all that in as well!
So despite some cock up from them they did really well for my Dad and having made a sterling effort to get up from Eastbourne was really pleased he got a mention as well.
Well done box office and programme team.

Apologies if already clear on other posts in similar threads but I turned up with own phone with ticket downloaded in wallet to be safe, but presented a screenshot of the THFC specific QR code via a different phone. It worked fine.

In short, should be ok to share screenshots if you can't make a game rather than have someone else need your account log in on their phone. Can't guarantee it will work every time if they pick up on this 'transfer' option, but it worked fine on Saturday. Note, it was the QR code screenshot - I doubt a copy of the season ticket details screen alone would work

In terms of entry on Saturday, it was a doddle. Helpful stewards making sure you had the right data ready on the phone. Took five minutes or so to get in

But bear in mind it was an early KO with no mad rush from the pubs clearing out at 2.45

bha will be more of a challenge I think.

Hope Parish has rewarded the box office team handsomely after their efforts to get everyone in and sort out the mess he is responsible for.

I am enjoying being back at Selhurst and having a beer with my mates just like we have done for the past 40 years. Through Thick and thin we stick with our club. Not chairman, players or managers, OUR CLUB!
