Interesting to see if it proved correct. Mixed feelings about this. Good for the lad not sure it's good for us especially if he has a good game I can feel Newcastle fans getting all hot and sweaty at the thought of him going there.

Not quite sure where all these rumours come from. Its very clear, he is on a one year loan, no recall. He and his family are mad keen Chelsea fans and its his ambition to play in their first team. Whilst he has been great for us and he gives 100%, we are just a stepping stone for him to achieve his dream.

They will be in the Championship next season so no chance. Mixed feelings about this. Good for the lad not sure it's good for us especially if he has a good game I can feel Newcastle fans getting all hot and sweaty at the thought of him going there.

I want to say good luck to him in his England career. But i dont want him to be too good just yet as it will only put him even further out of our reach.

One shred of comfort is that if he plays at all it is only likely to be a short cameo whereas he would have played another 90 minutes for the U23. Less chance of injury and fresher for Saturday's 6-pointer against Burnley

Southgate seems to want to do Palace harm at every turn There was the PPPG , which Southgate supported, prior to his England role. Now he puts Gallagher in the spotlight, likely raising his sale price. (yeah, yeah, got to think of the players development) Wishing Gallagher well, but ultimately , if he fulfils his potential, then it won't be at Palace
