If we want to win this one we’d better start converting some chances. Probably a draw but could be any result really. 1-1

Depends who plays, Benteke ,Ayew, Kouyate and Luka its a fourth defeat in a row, Edouard (as CF) Olise, Hughes, Eze then we have a chance. And Rak-Sakyi on the bench

I'm going for 1-1 but hoping for better. Also, hope CG doesnt get another yellow card, as that will be his 5th. We also have Andersen, Benteke, Jmac, Guehi & Wilf all on 3.

Living up to my nom-de-plume I have to point out that our last HOME win against Everton was in October 1994 since when we have drawn 5 and lost 6 -all in the PL. We have managed 3 wins at Goodison in that same period.

I have to say it doesn't bode well but - a first home win in 27 years? I have my doubts, especially after the way Everton came back against Arsenal last time out. 1-1 at best IMO.

2-1 to us, I would’ve said 2-0, but we all know Townsend will score, let’s hope if he does it won’t matter

This sounds about right to me. I'd like more but don't really expect it.

Everton were looking bang average until the Arsenal game. A lot of there better players are back from injury and what looked a very winnable game on paper is going to be tough. It will be good to have Ward back and if Anderson and McCarthur are also back we should be able to create chances to win this. We just need our forwards to be on their game.
On flip side Benitez will set up his team to probably defend deep which won't help us.
Going for 1-1 as well.

I actually think it would help us if Everton sat deep as Gallagher is much better in the opposing half. I put 0-1 to Everton in the prediction league. Vieira has options to mix things up after a few below par performances, so who knows though. Although we really need a result, I would be happy just to see us playing some decent football again.

I can't see us getting anything out of this game. Sorry!
