Novel idea but where will the money go when it say finishes at 10k, to the club, charity?.

Good luck.

As much as I would like to keep Conor, do we not think Eze can slip into his role if/when Conor goes back to Chelsea? We haven't seen a fully fit Eze in PV's 433 system yet. Conor only plays well in an advanced role with Jimmy Mac/Hughes behind him (ie we dont lose the ball in midfield as much).

Its an interesting point, and hopefully sometime soon we'll see Eze starting to get re introduced.

That aside your system point is spot on. He doesn't seam to be as influential as a holding midfielder, or even a midfielder with defensive responsibilities. He is best left to press high and make things happen.

That might be the role that Eze can play for us. Potentially more technically gifted but no where near the engine of CG.

Just very embarrassing, you are already been ridiculed on TalkSPORT.

They mentioned it on Hawksbee and Jacobs. Hardly ridiculed which is surprising as Andy Jacobs is a complete bellend at times

Connor has a problem, if he goes back to Chelsea for next season, he has just a few months before the World Cup, if he is not playing on a regular basis for them, which is a possibility. he will not get into the England squad, solution is for his loan to be extended till at least after the World Cup

This. Another season on loan unless Chelsea guarantee him a starting berth, which they wont

No but I think they will compliment each other.

We did (many years back) assist in the purchase of Mark Bright agreed that was only £80,000 but things were cheaper then. If there were 25,000 fans each contributing £2,000 and over 4 seasons that's £500 per season per fan.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

It's out of the question that we could sign him. We'd have to stump up at least £40m though.

He knows he will be down the pecking order at Chelsea which will hamper his England chances. He seems happy, always has a grin on his face, and can hopefully recognise that we are going through a transition phase with lots of promising youngsters. We'll never be 'top 6' but we're heading towards the same bracket as your Everton/Leicester/West Ham's - we should soon be pushing for domestic cups/UEFA.

He strikes me as the type who's rather be playing regularly for a smaller club than warming the bench for a big club.

The purchase fund is quite funny to be fair, however I might as well put £10 down the drain!

Eze is a very talented player, but lacks the determination energy and tenacity of CG. My futher big concern is that he is a poor to non-existent tackler - at best he just dangles a foot. Roy was aware of his limitations and likewise Patrick Viera. I am not sure his future is at Selhurst.
