These companies aren't even echoing majority opinions, it's all leftist ideas....but they run the majority of the media.

How many previous trailers has she been in? When is the author of a novel ever particularly involved in the marketing of a spin-off film?

When have WB ever 'heavily promoted her as the author of the books' - I don't recall ever seeing her name mentioned in or around the movies beyond a generic reference.

Feels like a load of fuss over nothing.

Steven Speilberg wanted to do it as a cartoon starring American voices, JKR said no it has to be made in England and starring a British cast. She was smart enough to insist that she have the final say on casting and she keeps a tight grip on the copyright. She has more power over the franchise than any other author has had and I expect Warners hate that.

She is actually a role model for any author who has sold the rights of their book to Hollywood and then seen it butchered.

So Warners are stuck with her there are plans for more movies and a TV series but none of this came happen without her permission so Warners cannot erase her but they are down playing her role.

Meanwhile the rest of the entertainment world are under no such obligation including the ungrateful little sods she made stars and she has been ostracised by them and social media.

Previous trailers said JK Rowling invites you…the new one says Warner Brothers invite you… There is also a new game from which her name has been removed. She also doesn’t feature in a new HBO documentary.
In agglomeration these and other actions represent more than a few dodgy tweets.
