Stressful. Very entertaining, but hard to watch at the same time. We surrendered possession far too much. A draw is a great result considering our inability to keep the ball.

Given the next game after that is Hartlepool and we then have Wilf, CK and Ayew back, this has not been a bad AFCON break. If you told me we'd beat Millwall, Draw with Brighton, assumingly lose to Liverpool and then beat Hartlepool, I'd have taken that January all day long! Maybe contravertial, but it's Butland's shirt to lose I think?

Desperate performance but horrible to drop points with that poxy goal. Very few positives to take from that. Depressing.

Please Patrick get a decent right back who can play football in this transfer window because Ward is becoming a liability. At fault for the equalizer and general distribution was dire. Great servant to the club but we must upgrade.

A point, but let's be totally honest: apart from one move of quality we were absolutly abject. PV needs to look at himself and ask himself if square pegs in round holes just to suit his favoured system is appropriate with the players at hand.

Well. What to say about that? We’ve played plenty of games where we’ve been the better team so it’s nice it worked in our favour for a change. Great goal by Gallagher but his contribution was almost nonexistent for most of the game. Eze clearly isn’t quite right either. As I said earlier we miss Ayew’s ability to carry the ball into the other team’s half and win free kicks. Great point and really unlucky own goal by Andersen but how we didn’t lose that game I’m not quite sure.

Cruel OG by Andersen who was outstanding in defence Can’t have any complaints as Brighton dominated Some poor performances by several players led by Ward who is a liability week by week - still a point gained against all odds at times
