Be good to see this ref get his cards out before we end up with a team of cripples.....

Reasonable first half. Had Guaita to thank for not being behind, and Kante should have scored for them, but so should Zaha for us and we came back into it well.

Can anyone who watches the reserve teams tell me if Adaramola is a left back, or did he just come on in that position against Hartlepool?

As always, delete ads, refresh as & when, if you get 'pop-ups' go full screen.

Just to say that this site always works for me too eagleman. I'm enjoying the game. Wilf was so close to giving us a half time lead.

Good to see Jimmy Mac again.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Yes he is. Although he can play across the back line & in midfield.

He is a LB, but gets up and down fast.

I don't think Chelsea were expecting our setup. Olise finding lots of space in the middle and looks the best player on the pitch. Chelsea playing with two players out of position as wingbacks causing them problems as neither have done that well defensively. A solid first half but Guiata did have to make a couple of top saves. How Rudiger has avoided a yellow I'll never know.

I imagine Tuchel will make tweaks at half-time as we've actually managed them fairly well so far and look dangerous on the break. Zaha and Olise linking up well. I think if Zaha had scored that chance it would have been ruled out for a foul on Kante so I'm almost glad he didn't put it in the net. Ayew has done fairly well but I do find it funny how he shuffles around like an arthritic grandad mumbling under his breath

So far I'm really liking this new setup but it's a long way to go.

COYP!!

Edit: Butland on for Vicente
