The mother of ugly wins for Palace. Profligate in passing and no real rhythm to their play. It really felt for long periods of the game that they wanted Stoke to score. Will have to pick up considerably for Wolves this weekend, never mind who they are tied against in FA quarter finals.

Made harder work of that than we needed. I think PV fluffs around too much. Just put the team that beat Watford on. How can players get used to each other with so many different players?

The team PV put out should have easily been quite capable of out classing Stoke. Players have to take responsibility also.

Just a shame he did not start Eze instead of Ayew. Not a classic, but we won…but I thought Stoke certainly did themselves proud.

Just thought it worth mentioning at this point that whilst I have many gripes and childish jokes I could make ready to fire, we're 11th in PL and one game away from Wembley (albeit only Sf's). Just saying....
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

If anything else if you look at the other ties tonight Man City struggled to put away Peterborough and Spurs are into ET against Boro. We aren't the only PL team who's struggled!
